Serviceleistung - Verordnungs- und Rezeptmanagement

Für die Durchführung der Behandlungspflege, wie z.B. Medikamentengabe, Injektionen, Verbände anlegen, Kompressionsstrümpfe an- und ausziehen ect., benötigen sie eine Verordnung häuslicher Krankenpflege. Diese wird von ihrem Hausarzt oder Facharzt ausgestellt. Die Verordnung muss vor Beginn der Versorgung bei uns abgegeben werden. Wir bieten unseren Kunden das Bestellen/Abholen von Verordnungen und Rezepten an als Privatleistung. Dadurch gewährleisten wir einen kontinuierlichen Ablauf des Verordnungswesens sowie der Medikamentenbestellung. Die von uns erbrachte Leistungen werden wie folgt berechnet: Verordnungen - 15,00 € pro Verordnung Rezepte - 30,00 € pro Monat

Consultation visit according to section 37.3 SGB XI

Who needs this service? The consultation visit according to section 37.3 SGB XI ensures the quality of home care and is performed once care is already taking place at home. Regular visits accompany the care situation. These visits are mandatory from care level 2 onward for care allowance recipients who are not supported by a professional care service. Wer bezahlt die ambulante Pflege?
Mit anerkanntem Pflegegrad (2 bis 5) übernimmt die Pflegekasse die Pflegesachleistung bis zu einem monatlichen Höchstbetrag. Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung bezahlt die Krankenkasse. Was darüber hinausgeht, besprechen wir vorher offen mit Ihnen.
Brauche ich schon einen Pflegegrad?
Nein. Wir beraten Sie auch vorher und helfen beim Antrag bei der Pflegekasse. Behandlungspflege ist auch ohne Pflegegrad möglich, wenn eine ärztliche Verordnung vorliegt.
Wie schnell können Sie anfangen?
Das hängt von unserer aktuellen Auslastung und Ihrem Wohnort ab. Rufen Sie uns an – wir sagen Ihnen ehrlich, ab wann wir Sie versorgen können.
Was ist der Beratungsbesuch nach § 37.3?
Wer Pflegegeld bezieht und von Angehörigen gepflegt wird, muss regelmäßig einen Beratungsbesuch nachweisen – bei Pflegegrad 2 und 3 halbjährlich, bei Pflegegrad 4 und 5 vierteljährlich. Die Kosten trägt die Pflegekasse.
